• Proof of issue (clear images or video) is provided along with the order number.

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
• Products purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance (unless damaged or incorrect).

Process for Return or Exchange

• Share your order number and clear images/videos of the issue.

Once approved, the product must be returned in its original condition. Replacement or exchange will be processed after inspection.

Shipping Costs

If the return or exchange is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), shipping costs will be covered by UJ Naturals.

If the issue does not fall under eligible conditions, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Refunds

UJ Naturals does not offer cash refunds. In approved cases, replacements or store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Exchange Availability

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, an alternative product or store credit may be offered.
